The Carrie Gray Foundation

About Us
Our Vision Statement ~ What We See?
The Carrie Gray Foundation is a non-profit organization that exists to provide a plethora of services to women and families in order to help each participant "reach beyond the break" in their current "rope of life" circumstance. We seek to help women and families restore hope and dreams that have been crushed by the weight of life's challenges and circumstances. Adversity comes into each one of our lives to make us stronger...The Carrie Gray Foundation is here to be a pathway to destiny.
Our Mission ~ What We Do?
The Carrie Gray Foundation through the receipt of grants, charitable donations and fundraisers sows the appropriate seed into the life of a participant to support their effort to not only sustain in society but to soar in life.
Our Method ~ How It Gets Done.
Carrie's Place. By the fall of 2008 it is our desire to open our first transitional home to accomodate women who are no longer eligible to reside at local shelters but still not ready to sustain in society. Carrie's place will be the resource to help our women find "above the proverty line" employment, support while going through training or educational programs, we will provide financial counseling and planning in order to develop sound financial habits, which we would like to see ultimately, lead to eventual home ownership.
Donor and Transplant Support. Through this arm of the foundation we seek to come alongside the donor network to raise awareness of the need of donors and especially minority donors. We will continue to develop ways to provide support to families going through the transplant process.
Scholarships. The CGF will provide educational scholarships to working women (when employers do not provide assistance), single mothers, or women desiring to return to the workforce after an absence within the state of Arizona.
Self Employment Assistance. This is an area that we are definitely excited to provide to minority individuals in the state of Arizona. Our SEA program will provide technical assistance, networking support, and in those approved cases financial support to help residents launch or expand their own business.
Although The CGF seeks to expand our territory, initially these four areas will be our focus as we join other foundations and agencies in Arizona to support those that need us the most! Who is Carrie Gray?  CLICK HERE
